Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Broker to expand our co-packing services across the Southeast. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the CPG market and experience in food and beverage co-packing or manufacturing sales. This person will work closely with the FBC team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan, targeting key decision-makers in medium to large companies seeking a reliable, quality-driven co-packing partner.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with larger CPG brands, chain restaurants, and distributors seeking co-packing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners, production managers, and procurement leads, to develop long-term partnerships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of FBC’s product offerings, capabilities, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Collaborate with FBC’s internal teams (R&D, Operations, Production) to ensure seamless onboarding, product testing, and production scaling for new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business development opportunities to keep FBC ahead of market needs.
- Represent FBC at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand visibility and foster client connections.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in food and beverage co-packing, manufacturing, or a related CPG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
